So, for my own reference, Alexander Technique is to do with the good practice of using your body; the lengthening of you spine, the leading from the head with good balance and poise, effectively facilitating the use your body without effort and acknowledging the bad habits to make space for good ones.
Things I noticed in myself; I hold my head too far to my right on the eye plane, I have problems letting the teacher take my wait (I interfere!), I can improve my sensory awareness and learn to concentrate on more than one thing/I need to learn to widen this field of vision, aural awareness etc, I hold a lot of tension in my jaw, relating to total concentration.
